Extra Vehicles: One vehicle is included in your single campsite fee. Each additional vehicle will be charged a per day fee that is collected on site (cash or check only). Maximum two vehicles per site. The 14 day stay limit is strictly enforced. Camping for a period longer than 14 days during any 30-consecutive day period is prohibited. If you have booked back-to-back reservations, you will be asked to cancel all days after the first 14. First-come, first-serve sites may be available Maximum length for boats is 20 feet. A per-day, per-vehicle fee will be collected beginning with the 2nd vehicle Due to bear activity, a food storage order is now in place on the Kaniksu National Forest; food and other attractants must be stored in hard-sided vehicles except when being prepared, used or consumed Don't Move Firewood: Prevent the spread of tree-killing pests by obtaining firewood near your destination and burning it on-site. The campground is situated on the shores of Priest Lake at an elevation of 2,500 feet, shaded by hemlock and cedar. Priest Lake consists of the main lake, where most water recreation takes place, and the smaller Upper Priest Lake to the north. The two lakes are divided by a narrow channel. |

A local beach is easily accessible, where swimming and boating are available. Visitors enjoy kayaking, canoeing or power boating up a 2.5-mile channel called Thoroughfare that leads to the Upper Priest Lake Scenic Area, where birding is a popular activity. Beaver Creek has two trailheads, one for the 9-mile Navigation Trail that heads north, and one for the 8-mile Lakeshore Trail that heads south. Both trails offer sweeping mountain views and are enjoyed by both hikers and horseback riders. Anglers find an abundance of trout fishing in Beaver Creek and in Upper and Lower Priest Lake. |
